Module Objectives:

  • Use the Five C’s to maximize messaging impact.
  • Identify and avoid soft language and create authoritative messages.

Field Work:

  • Create an AWARE voice mail script for each product/service and each opportunity.
  • Practice these scripts so they sound smooth and natural.
  • Leave 20 voice mails using the prepared script.
