Sales Cycle: Sales Psychology

Module Objectives:

  • Understand keys to working with four customer behavior styles.
  • Learn how to quickly build trust and open communication
  • Identify your own behavior style, so you can know when and how to flex to other styles
  • Learn the basic needs of each style to better interact with the customer in the way that best meets his needs

Field Work:

  • Create full behavioral style and buyer type profiles for three accounts.
  • Develop new sales approach strategies based on these account profiles.
  • Initiate three contacts and incorporate the principles of sales psychology during your interaction.
